Returns & Exchanges

At Fattorino Innamorato, we want every piece to feel right. If your size, fit or item is not quite what you expected, we are happy to help you find a better option.

You can request an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Before choosing a refund, we recommend considering an exchange or store credit. These options are free for you and allow you to keep your bundle benefit where possible.

1. Free size exchange

If the item is too small, too large or the fit is not exactly right, we can help you exchange it for another size.

For size exchanges, we can provide a free return label.

When emailing us, please include:

Your order number
The name on the order
The email address used to place the order
The item you would like to exchange
Your current size and preferred new size
Optionally, your height and how you prefer the item to fit

2. Free store credit

If you would rather choose another item later, we can issue store credit for the returned item.

Store credit is a good option if:

You are unsure about your size
You want to choose another piece
The item you wanted is currently unavailable
You want to keep shopping without paying return shipping

For store credit returns, we can provide a free return label.

3. Refund

You also have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item or items.

Please note that return shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return or exchange

Please email us at info@fattorinoinnamorato.com with the following information:

Your order number
The name on the order
The email address used to place the order
The item or items you would like to return or exchange
Your preferred solution: free size exchange, free store credit or refund
The reason for your request

Once we have received your email, we will get back to you with the next steps.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please include a clear photograph of the issue in your email.

If the issue is confirmed, we will of course help you with a suitable solution at no extra cost.

Bundle deals and partial returns

If your order included a bundle discount, the discount will be recalculated when one or more items from the bundle are returned.

Our bundle discounts are:

2 items: €10 discount
3 items: €25 discount
4 items: €50 discount

If, after a return, your order no longer qualifies for the original bundle discount, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

For example, if you ordered 3 items and received a €25 bundle discount, but return 1 item, your remaining order now qualifies for the 2 item bundle discount of €10. This means the difference of €15 will be deducted from your refund.

If you return enough items that your order no longer qualifies for any bundle discount, the full bundle discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

This ensures that the final amount paid reflects the items that are actually kept.

Exchanges and bundle discounts

If you exchange an item for another size or another item and the order still qualifies for the same bundle deal, your bundle discount will remain unchanged where possible.

If the exchange changes the number of items kept or changes the value of the order, we may recalculate the discount accordingly.

Important

Please do not send returns to our address without contacting us first. Unannounced returns may be refused and returned to sender.

We kindly ask that you do not request a refund through your bank or payment provider before contacting us and completing the return process. Doing so may delay the refund and create unnecessary complications.
