REGISTER YOUR RETURN

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can register a return, exchange or store credit request through our return portal.

Returns must be registered within 14 days after receiving your order. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send your items back to us.

Returns that are registered after 14 days, or shipped later than 14 days after registration, may be refused.

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, perfume, smoke, odors or any signs of wear
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • All original hangtags and labels must still be attached
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to the sender or result in a deduction from your refund.

 

RETURN OPTIONS

You can choose one of the following return options in our return portal:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit coupon

If you choose an exchange or store credit coupon, you will receive a free return label.

If you choose a refund, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The return label costs €6.95.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return your order, follow these steps:

  1. Register your return through our return portal
  2. Choose your preferred return option
  3. Select your carrier and drop off location
  4. Receive your return label after completing the process
  5. Drop off your package at the selected location

Once your return has arrived at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the items first. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days after arrival.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been fully processed.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used for your order.

Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be initiated. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few additional days before the amount is visible in your account.

If the returned items do not meet our return conditions, a deduction may be made from your refund or the return may be refused.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you can select this option in the return portal.

Once we receive and approve your return, the new item will be shipped as soon as possible. If the requested size is no longer available, we will contact you or issue a refund instead.

 

STORE CREDIT COUPON

If you choose store credit, you will receive a coupon that can be used for a future order.

Choosing store credit gives you a free return label.

 

RETURN COSTS

Refund returns cost €6.95. These return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Exchange returns are free.

Store credit coupon returns are free.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PARTIAL RETURNS

If your order was placed with a discount or bundle deal and part of the order is returned, the discount may be recalculated.

This means that the refund amount can be adjusted if the remaining items no longer qualify for the original discount.

 

GIFTS AND FREE ITEMS

If you received a free gift as part of a promotion or because your order exceeded a certain amount, this item must also be returned if your remaining order total falls below the required amount.

If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the item may be deducted from your refund.
